Tried the e-chat, took me 25mins to exchange 4 lines of text, each reply takes 8mins, and I can tell each response is ai generated and repeating the same thing over and over again, then before I could say anything, the agent disconnected lol

Called the number, connected with an agent who attempted to help, its now been 20mins, he knows nothing and just kept saying theres nothing they can do.

Now off to the question, I'm making a withdrawal via e-transfer, says its processed and I want to know the details, points me to the email but I never got any confirmation email, I want that email, anyone have any ideas?
