I was on the regular AppleCare plan, but then I just recently switched over to AppleCare one + a 4th device. I had a gift card balance already, and then I added additional funds last week in preparation for my first charge. And then it just charged my Credit Card instead of my balance.

First picture is the ceiling of our shower- it’s a walk-in shower with no tub, and the head is detachable so water “could” get sprayed up there but it doesn’t…

The second picture is in my garage, it’s in the same “vertical area” as the shower photo, as there are two bathrooms above the garage area, as well as a hose-bib in the garage right near this area. Again, we’re not spraying the garage ceiling with the hose water but I guess it “could” get wet by mistake.
