I just moved into my new apartment and was given this set of speakers by my dad. The speakers are Yamaha's NS-AP9500 along with a Sony SA-W3000 subwoofer. He also gave me his old AVR but the thing was an absolute monster and did not fit in the console so I found a new me Denon x1700 that fit better. My expectations we're not very high as the speakers are 20+ years old, but they sound absolutely amazing. I wish I could be able to use the other surround speakers but the room isn't shaped well for it, and for a 3.1 system it's great to me.
