Is it okay to Redo bachelors (second)?

I simply wanted to know what's the general opinion among germans on people (esp. International Students) redoing their bachelors (a second degree in unrelated field).

I'm from India. And due to certain circumstances I had couldn't choose the field I was passionate about. And couldn't join a job related to the bachelors I did. I have about 5 years of experience as technical support in IT companies (focused on APIs and Business Intelligence).

I left my job, since I got depressed, a year back. After a treatment for a month for my depression - I got my hopes up, for restarting my education, and for merits of Germany towards the education system, I favored it. And have started learning a little germany.

I was wondering if second bachelors, are they looked down upon Or if they are discouraged? I simply don't want to get a job in Germany, but get the right education for what I'm passionately want to learn about. If companies don't prefer a mature student with 2 different bachelors, what is the primary reason?

It'd be great if I can get some tips or personal experiences from anyone. And with all this, and slight dip in employment for past year, can I score an Internship or a Part time jobs?
