Hi everyone, I found this sweater on the internet and really liked the shaping around the neck, shoulders and armholes. Can someone please explain to me how this is achieved or at least tell me if there is a name for this so I can search for patterns on my own?

For my skill level reference, I’m familiar with basic stitches, increases and decreases. I mostly knit socks. I’ve done sweaters as well, but only basic top-down raglans, sometimes with German short rows in the back.
