My wife's Facebook was disabled/suspended because of an old Instagram account. Please help!

Ok, I'll try to explain this the best I can. Years ago, after our first daughter was born, my wife started an Instagram page for her where we tried on various custom cute outfits for a business that sold them. It was 100% innocent, and it was perfectly fine for years. That daughter is turning 9 soon and we haven't even logged into that account in 7-8 years. Yesterday my wife got an email from Instagram where she was informed that account was being disabled due to our daughter at the time being younger than 13, all pics were when she was a year or two. My wife clearly owned the account.

An hour or so later she tried to log into her long time Facebook page, and it said it was disabled, and she can't log into it at all. It has all of our family memories from over the years, both before our daughters were born and from before we were even married. It was disabled/suspended just because of that old Instagram account that we, honestly, even forgot that we had.

I feel like I'm going in circles trying to help her. When I log into her Facebook page It says "We Suspended Your Account". It says we have 30 days to appeal. It then says to log into our linked Instagram account to appeal. The only options are to log into the Instagram account and to download her information.

When we go to log into that Instagram account it doesn't find it, as if it doesn't exist. It doesn't find the account name, and when I use email it starts a circle where it tries to log in with Facebook, but then I get the above again. She does have another linked Instagram account that for some reason wasn't disabled, she can still get into that one.

Can any of you help me out here? Thank you so much, we are desperate to get back into her Facebook account. We don't care a thing about that old Instagram page, we just need her to get back into her Facebook. Thanks!
