Fridge water line broke when we moved. I believe if used to have a 1/4 fitting on the end that got snapped off.

I've gotten an assortment of compression fittings of all different sizes, none of them fit this hose. I've also gotten an array of pex sharkbites from 5/16 to 1/4 to 3/8 and none of those fit either. I'm going CRAZY! Someone tell me what I'm missing please.

EDIT: Alright so I ran to Ace with a small cut of this pipe and it fit into a 5/16" OD Sharkbite. They didn't have 5/16" to 1/4" so I'll order one and try that. Thanks all
