A strange experience with Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura edition

I bought this new notebook and everything was fine. Suddenly, two weeks after the camera had an issue. I checked with the drivers and everything, however it seemed disappeared. The PC did not recognized that it had a camera on it. I took it to the Lenovo center and they fixed it in 10 minutes saying it was a conflicting driver with new windows updates. Perfect. I left it off for a couple of weeks or more and then I reopened it. I started working and somehow, the problem was in again. The PC still did not recognized the camera. This time I called the premium care assistance and they entered the PC from remote, still nothing. They were unable to fix it even if they tried different options, so they sent me the instructions to re-install Windows from scratch. I did it but the Novo button did not worked properly (it started the PC as usual, not from the USB with Windows 11 on it). So I went inside the BIOS boot manager and made it start from the USB. It worked, so I started to install windows but this time the problem was the touchpad. So I sent back an email to them, and they called me back saying they didn’t know what to do. They just made me pressing the power button for 2 minutes and then suddenly everything worked well again and the PC recognized the camera.

Do somebody know what happened? What is the main cause of all this?
