Warning about my experience with LaserRN Skincare in Colorado (accidental eyebrow laser damage)

I wanted to share this as a warning in case anyone is considering facial laser hair removal at LaserRN Skincare.

I went in for laser hair removal on my face and explicitly instructed the provider to avoid my eyebrow area. Despite that, they passed the laser directly over my eyebrows and did not use the protective shielding that should have been used.

It’s now been 8 months, and the hair still has not fully grown back. I’ve had some partial regrowth (mostly fine/colorless hairs in some spots), but there are still patches with significantly reduced growth.

My eyebrows were genuinely my favorite feature, so this has been incredibly upsetting. I’ve seen a dermatologist and am currently using Latisse, but I’m still dealing with the fallout of something that should have been preventable if my instructions had been followed.

Sharing because I would want to know if a clinic was careless around such a visible area of someone’s face.
