Hello. I shipped a package Friday at a UPS store. It was almost closed. Since then I’ve been trying to get an update with the tracking number and I keep getting this message in the app and on the websites. Could you tell what is going on if you had experience with this? I’m worried. And yes I re entered the number multiple times it is not a typing error at this point.
