Why are job requirements like this in the Philippines?
I just saw this on Instagram because I had coffee at this small café before. I was just surprised that they’re hiring a PANADERO (baker) but applicants have to be a DEGREE HOLDER! Lmao. The bakers in the neighborhood honestly make better and tastier bread! We also have a neighbor who works as a baker on a cruise ship he only trained at TESDA before and has years of baking experience.
