I have been receiving no wireless service for 24 hours due to SIM DEAD, which including no call, no text can be made and received. Tried calling AT&T support number for hours but end up with authentication failure. Need immediate attention since I am aboard in Canada and can't visit any AT&T store. If I can't get any wireless service, I have to dispute my payment.
