For those of you who believe in the real body and blood of Christ in the Eucharist/communion (the real presence)

if I an Eastern Orthodox Christian (a layman) attempt to consecrate the Eucharist the same way a priest would do, would the bread and wine actually turn into the real body and blood of Christ? or would it be just bread since I'm not a priest?

I'd love to hear your perspectives.
