Am I the only one that this item is bs at some point? Like you cant even interrupt this armor and the CD is on time with most of the weapons E making it availbale after you counter them with this. I think thats the only thing that makes this armor stupid. If you face someone that doesnt need damage but DOTS and burst spammable like curse user or Shapeshifters you cant do anything about this. You can move,give silence, short cd. Man.
