We have space, natural resources, education, proximity to the US, safe borders. OK we lack on agricultural land but we can import food. As far as I can see, there is no reason we cannot be a global power. What do you think?
I'm not talking strict routines or getting up at 5am for a gym workout, I mean the low-effort habits that you can still commit to after a busy day at work.
I've started doing a short but brisk 15 minute walk right after dinner. it probably doesn't really do enough to help me lose weight, but i figure it gets my heart rate up a little and helps my digestion. It's better than sitting at an office all day and then sitting on the couch all night as soon as i get home, right?
Any other lazy tips to improving health?
