10,000 dollars a week, but a rock could kill you
You may choose any rock currently on land, of any size. The moment you make your choice, a curse activates. Every week that no human being makes physical contact with that rock, $10,000 is deposited into your account. If any human touches it (accidentally, deliberately, it doesn't matter) you die. The cause of death is always plausible.
Rules
The rock must already exist on land. You cannot create one.
You can touch the rock, move it, etc.
You are the only person who knows the curse exists or what it does.
The only exits are: you physically break the rock into two or more pieces (curse lifted, income stops), or someone else touches it (you die)
