Account records trouble
I received an email including:

You requested to add or update money movement instructions linked to your Fidelity account.
A letter with complete details is available online in account records.
When going to the account records, the new records show up inconsistently. For example, the default timeline is last 6 months. They did not show there. Sometimes, but not always, switching to last 3 months, I will have new records show up (three records). But when trying to download/view I usually get the following error:

We can't display your information right now. Please refresh or try again later.
I was able to download one of the three one time, but not again. The record was correct but I cannot reliable view it and cannot view the others at all.
