25M | 189 cm | ~115 kg | Restarting gym after 3 years — going all in this time, need advice from experienced lifters
So after almost 3 years of inconsistency and on-off attempts, I finally started gym again 2 days ago. I had trained seriously for around 5–6 months back during lockdown, so I’m not completely new, but right now I’m basically rebuilding everything from scratch.
Current stats:
Age: 25
Height: 189 cm (6’2”)
Weight: ~115 kg
Goal:
I want aggressive but sustainable fat loss. Main goals are:
reduce belly fat
leaner face/jawline
better stamina
preserve/build muscle while cutting
Right now I’m keeping workouts around 40–60 mins and
Would appreciate advice especially from people who restarted after being overweight/out of shape and actually transformed successfully.
Direct me towards good diet and workout ideas
Any help will be appreciated
