How do I fix this? It keeps on saying "The app failed to launch" no matter how many times I do the tips google gives me.
Whenever I press "GO OFFLINE" nothing appears, I specifically remember pressing "Keep me signed in" when I logged in a few months ago. I've synced my time to my windows, cleared the cache of the EA app, I ended the EA Background Service, tried running windows + R. It also won't let me delete the EA app and the EA files, whenever I search again and again the same tips keep on appearing. I have strong wifi connection, I don't understand anymore.
Whenever I try to download a new launcher from the EA website, it says I already have that app, when I press launch app it still doesn't work. The second time, I pressed "Repair" it still didn't work. I just want to play my sims 4. Someone help.
