I sold an Elemis serum a few weeks back, the buyer accepted with no issue. She has messaged today so say there was an issue and her face has gone red and itchy after using, she said she has contacted Vinted and they have told her to discuss with me.

I thought Vinted politely said it’s not their problem if the buyer has accepted the order. It want damaged in my photos and I certainly never used it, is sounds to me like she’s allergic to it or something, am I in the wrong here? And can Vinted actually do anything about this?

She wants to send it back but obviously I don’t want something she’s used back and I don’t want to refund her for something that isn’t my fault
