What a joke is WW CS
Context: I pre-ordered the CyberTaurus 29Nm base with the Desk Mount but decided that it is better to build a Simpit with locally sourced Aluminum extrusion instead. I then requested WW to remove the Desk Mount out of my order, so I don't have to pay for 82$ when the time for order comes and this is their replied...
It is really obvious that this company has no good will toward their customer in mind and just want to extract as much money as possible.
Tl,dr: They REFUSED to modify my order and FORCE me to pay FULL PRICE for the EB29Nm base instead of honoring the discount deal by either cancelling my order OR giving me a discount coupon to reapply to my re-ordering.
