I'm still trying to understand why degen pools earn more

Just to be clear i don't participate in degen positions at least for now because i still don't fully understand how they really work yet and i believe in the whole "look before you leap" thing lol. But man some of these pools are literal money printers from what i've seen. I've seen people pull crazy numbers from them and it's  tempting me to try it too to be sincere.

What's the main reason they make so much more compared to stable pools? because truth is once i understand it properly i might eventually get into it too

Please guys is there any good alternatives to gamma

Don’t get me wrong, Gamma is great and i’ve been using it since last year but i was wondering if there’s any other protocol that’s better in terms of the constant rebalancing swaps which we all know as Defi investors can eat into your profits. If you know of any that works on that do share.

Like this is the bane of us in defi lp, i dont know about yall but for me every price move is an emotional decision. When my position goes out of range i often start asking myself the wrong questions and i know they are wrong.

“Should I chase the range?”

“Should I swap back now?”

“Did I just sell the bottom?”

“Did I just buy the top?”

“Am I managing this position, or is this position managing me?”

Like it's just too much sometimes which makes me wonder how others are making all these passive income i hear about. I'd appreciate more enligtenment folks
