Warehouse Brokers

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone here has references or themselves are in the field working with likes of zepto, blinkit, amazon for warehouse deals. I am looking for expertise in Kalyan/Ambernath area. If you work in the area pls dm to discuss.

Apologies if this violates any community rules.

First off, big shoutout to u/ScottishTrader. The amount of time and patience he's put into this sub answering the same beginner questions over and over, sharing his framework, and keeping the discussion grounded is genuinely impressive. A lot of us wouldn't be running the wheel responsibly without his posts, so thank you.

Now to my questions. These are for the folks running the wheel full time as their primary income but anyone is welcome to chip in really.

**On daily workflow:**

- What does your morning routine look like before market open?

- How much of the day is active management vs. research vs. just waiting?

- What research or resources do you lean on to find your next ticker? Earnings calendars, IV scanners, fundamentals, news feeds, newsletters, Discord/Twitter, something else?

- How do you build and maintain your watchlist of "stocks I'd be happy to own"?

- Any tools or screeners you'd consider essential vs. nice-to-have?

**On capital and returns:**

- Roughly how much capital are you deploying to make this a full-time gig? Ballpark ranges are fine, no need to dox yourself.

- Do you target a specific ROI. Monthly or annual? I know returns and risk are deeply connected and higher premiums usually mean more delta/risk, but is there a number you anchor to (e.g. 1-2% per month, 15-20% annual)?

- How do you think about that target in down years vs. melt-up years? Do you adjust, or hold the line on your process and accept the variance?

- How much of your capital is actually deployed at any given time vs. sitting in cash/T-bills as dry powder?

Not looking for trade picks. More interested in the workflow, the inputs that go into your decisions, and a realistic picture of what full-time wheeling looks like.

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share.
