My mom was playing on her Wii and she came in and told me it froze. She had already changed the batteries on a controller she's only had 2 months. Neither it or the old controller light up. I unplugged the Wii. pushed the sync button, and even checked to make sure the leads are clean. and all that and they still won't work. Wii comes on when console button pushed and loads game fine, but none of the controllers are lighting up. Is there a way to fix this and get her to playing again?
