What would you say are the "equivalent" areas of Central Arkansas and NWA?

IMO:

Overall, Little Rock is Fayetteville, but West Little Rock and Bryant combined are Rogers. Maumelle is Bentonville. Jacksonville and downtown North Little Rock combined are Springdale. Sherwoood is Lowell. Cabot is Pea Ridge.

Which cities would you compare to Little Rock?

I've been thinking about this and wondering what others think. I would compare it to a mix of Tulsa and Birmingham but smaller.
