“07 Rev Up

Finally having some fun with the g. Had a previous post in here where I explained my issues with the g. I had a fuel sending sensor circuit low and decided to kill two birds with one stone as the g’s commonly have fuel issues. Had good luck with rockauto so went with “autotecnia”. DO NOT go aftermarket for the pump. It will work but it won’t hold the pressure you need to have it at. I researched and tested a lot till i decided to go with an oem low mileage fuel pump from a 07 350z. Works like a charm. So PSA for anyone having any issues with their fuel. I also went with a more “oem” style fuel sending unit which is named “Delphi” and code hasn’t came back. I have been tracking my gas with my miles and a full tank usually gets me around 200 miles confidently. I think it’s most likely my cluster but we’ll see, for now I’ll enjoy it as much as I can😭✌🏽. You can also hear 5th gear grind. New Z1 ss otw lmao (possibly synchros?)

My “07 6spd Rev up. Been having common issues with the fuel pump, swapped sending unit and fuel pump. I know these r common but I recently changed the oem one with an “Autotecnia” which I read wasn’t the best brand. I’ve been having an issue where I fill up all the way and after leaving the gas station the car starts wanting to die and throttle response is sort of delayed. Maybe the fuel pressure isn’t as strong as oem (obv). I did a fuel pressure test on it and the pump worked kinda good it was reading around 48-51psi. Anyways it dies on me and when I turn it over it’s a fast crank almost as if there isn’t enough fuel pressure; I have to pump the throttle a few times then it starts right up, after that a couple back fires and it’s good until next fill up . This is probably a lot but I’ve been doing my best to try and chase this down. Done quite a bit to it so it’ll last me lmao. I’ll try and add more photos
