I am a trans teen, so i wear my binder every day normally from 7-5 because my school get out late. My freind is in a play that starts immediately after school and goes till 8 and I already agreed to go to support her. I just realized that I would be binding for thirteen hours if I do this, would that be safe it’s a one time thing and i take it off as soon as I get home? I can’t take binder breaks throughout the day because I am at school and I refuse to be see if I am not entirely flat.
