My model 3 had to be towed to Tesla service 4 days ago. It was unable to charge (I tried three diff charging stations) and I was told it was the voltage warning. Several posts in other forums state they needed the battery replaced with this same issue. My concern is Tesla still will not tell me what the issue or resolution is. It’s been four days and they are claiming to still be diagnosing the issue.
The car has 89k miles so the battery is still under warranty and I’m concerned Tesla is trying to get out of covering the battery replacement. If anyone else has had this issue, how long did it take to resolve it?
Any advice is appreciated!
