I’ve been looking for an appartment in Brooklyn. Recently decided it could be cool to have a backyard. What is the maintenance like for those with grass in their backyard? I assume you have to mow the grass, anything else?

I am looking for a third roomate. We’d be looking in Brookyn. Budget is around 1300-1400 per person. Must be clean, pay rent on time, and be okay with a roomate that works nights.
I am 24. I work nights and weekends at a nightclub. I am also a film actor. I game, smoke weed, and lift in my free time. Big on going out and gaming with friends. I try to keep my room clean most of the time. And am very intentional about keeping the shared spaces clean.
I would like to live with someone who is okay with my lifestyle, and has similar interests (although the latter isn’t a dealbreaker). I would also like it if that person is an actor or some form of artist. I will often come to you for help with a self tape and will need feedback.

A bit about myself:
I’m an actor, mostly working in film and commercials currently. I’m an avid gamer add gym goer. I try very hard to be clean (doesn’t always pan out but I clean daily). I smoke a lot of weed and drink a decent amount too. I’m also a night owl, I work at a nightclub Thursday-Sarurday and don’t get to sleep until 7:30 those nights (I’m not loud at night).
Preferably (but not required) you’re an actor in some capacity too or at least an artist. I often need help filming auditions and getting creative insight. But you MUST be clean AND pay your bills on time. I will ask to see a credit check and/or proof of rent payment. The other stuff I don’t personally care as much about. I consider myself a very respectful roomate and will always clean up after myself. I expect the same treatment.
My budget is around $1300 per month for rent (utilities not included). Brooklyn (buschwick, williamsberg areas) is where I’m primarily searching, thought I am open to considering other options. I hope to hear from you!
