Hello everyone,

I got the email that I can apply for the credit card but I am stuck at the verification portion. With an error message that reads

“We're experiencing issues with our verification partner. But we're working on it. Please try confirming your identity later.”

Has anyone ran into this issue? I tried calling but the call gets cut.

Update: I was able to get through to them, it seems like an issue on their backend. Unfortunately clearing the cache didn’t help neither did trying again later 😕. They said they would reach directly to me via email to help me with the verification.
