How many series until you noticed results?
I know there's so many factors that go into results (i.e. nutrition, step count, etc.) but curious for those of you who have done multiple series on the ladder app, when did you (or others!) truly see a difference in your body? I just joined a few weeks ago at the start of the shred series and am on team limitless. I mentally have felt better since week one! Curious when the other results will fall into place.
