Hi there, PSA that Target has backpacks for sale for $5 right now. As many of you know, Anthony recommends discarding carry on bags frequently due to radiation. As he notes, this is very wasteful and uncomfortable for most, not to mention expensive. But he also asks if we can afford NOT to do this since the radiation is so detrimental to our health.

I’ve previously bought $20 backpacks on Amazon to replace frequently but $5 is pretty great so wanted to let you know. Plain black and also some colors. Are they made of natural, organic materials? Of course not. But could be of use to those who travel frequently and feel the effects of radiation.

Does anyone use a vitamin C swim spray (like the one made by Rowe Casa) before swimming in a chlorinated pool? I’m fairly sure Medical Medium hasn’t mentioned anything like this. I know from his podcast pools are gross but I’m not willing to fully avoid them. Curious if you’ve tried something like this before swimming for yourself or your children and if you feel it effectively protects from chlorine.
