She’s 12 months + 1 week and has generally been a good sleeper, aside from a few rough sleep regression phases around 4, 6, and 9 months. She normally sleeps 10–12 hours at night and has always taken good naps.

Lately she’s been waking anywhere between 5:00–6:30am and before that she would sleep until 7-745am

Current schedule:

Nap 1: 9:30–9:45 (1–1.15 hrs), awake 3.5–4 hrs

Nap 2: 2:30 (45 min–1 hr), awake 3.5–4 hrs

Bedtime: 7:30–7:45, awake 4–4.5 hrs before bed

Two days ago she went to sleep at 7:30pm, woke at 2am, and didn’t go back to sleep until 4am.

Last night she woke at 11:50pm and stayed awake screaming/crying until 3–3:30am when we tried putting her back down.

Tonight she fought bedtime for over an hour after being awake for almost 5 hours.

She’s chewing everything, molars are coming in, and we tried Orajel before bed.

She’s not sleep trained and I’m okay with that. Our bedtime routine is bath (every other night), brushing teeth, PJs, then milk about an hour before bed, followed by brushing teeth again.

Does this sound like teething, overtiredness, too-early first nap, 12-month regression… or all of it? 😭
