Lifting Naturally plateau

I’ve been lifting naturally for about 4 years and I’d say I’m relatively pretty big, but I feel like I’ve hit a plateau. I haven’t put on much noticeable muscle in about a year.

I run a basic PPL split, train every muscle 2x a week, and take a lot of my sets to failure or very close to failure.

For anyone who’s been lifting naturally for a while, what helped you get past a plateau? Did you change your volume, split, diet, exercises, etc.?

Looking for any advice on how to start making progress again.

Career Advice After graduation

I graduate this December with a bachelor’s in Health Sciences and around a 3.9 GPA. I love sports and healthcare, and no matter what I definitely want my career to be somewhere in healthcare. I’m just not sure what direction I want to take.

I’ve thought about getting a second bachelor’s in nursing, going to grad school, medical/pharmaceutical sales, or finding something that combines sports and healthcare. I’m willing to get more schooling if needed.

My goal is to eventually make $100k+ and have a career I actually enjoy.

If you were in my position, what healthcare careers would you look into? Especially interested in advice from people actually working in these fields.

Finding your stroke

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new to swimming and was looking for some pointers . I used to swim laps with my college swim club, but I've never competed or had any formal coaching. (recent grad)

I'd like to do some Masters meets eventually , so I'm trying to learn as much as I can now. How do people usually figure out what strokes and events they're best at? Do you just practice everything for a while and see what clicks?

I'm 21, 5'9", and have been lifting for about 5 years, so I'm pretty strong, but swimming is definitely a different challenge. Also training for an ironman 70.3 but want to focus on swimming and different techniques for now. Thanks!

How to find local swim group

Recently graduated college and used to swim with my university’s club swim team. I’m looking for a swim club or training group to stay competitive and keep improving as i train for a ironman 70.3

I’ve looked into Masters swimming, but I haven’t seen many people in their 20s. What do most former college/club swimmers do after graduation? Are there any other options for finding local swim groups or training partners? I’ve had no luck so far.
