What would you want a Food reviewer to know before they started reviewing
Hey, I work for a radio station in Dublin and they’ve asked me to be a food and drink reviewer for the station/their social media. Now they reason they offered me the role is it’s known I love food, I love cooking and I love eating out at restaurants and trying different world cuisines, I’ve also been doing a segment for the station on cafes in the city centre. But before I start properly reviewing stuff what’s something you would tell someone before they started writing reviews. Would it be to Be more opened mined, be less harsh on the service, less about the prices. Let me know!
Edit: I work in the service industry and currently still work as a waiter who vaguely does shifts and money stuff.
