Drill hire
Hello,
Does anyone have a drill which they'd let me borrow? I know there is tool hire available in and around Brighton, but I was hoping someone might do me a solid! I'm happy to provide ID for security.
The job: The headboard behind my bed is made of two parts: there are two vertical wooden posts which are attached to the wall, and then there are a number of slats attached to those posts which run horizontally. I don't need to touch the posts attached to the walls, but I do need to remove the slats so that I can scrub away the black-mould behind them, and then re-attach them after.
As far as I'm aware, all I need is a drill to take out the screws, and then once I've scrubbed, to put the screws back in. On this, if you can foresee any problems, I'm happy to hear them! My only concern is if the screws are in holes, and I take the screws out, will they go back into the holes?
