Followup to the slab'o'fat

So yesterday I posted on here about a huge slab of fat with a lil brisket included for my mom's birthday. Did a 8 hour smoke after asking my mom if she wanted the brisket or burgers and she said brisket. Meat itself was pretty dry but still tasted alright enough, veggies from the garden definitely carried the weight of the meal.

I contacted the butcher and they were semi-apologetic and said next time they'd give us a discount and help us with a leaner cut, not sure if we'll go back or not but its at least appreciated. Just wanted to give a follow-up and a thanks to all the comments, me and my buddy read through almost all of them and had a great laugh over some of the jokes.

First brisket of the year, Need advice on this one.

Have cooked many brisket over the year but never had one with such a large piece of fat, would like some advice on cooking it before I put it on the grill.
