(TLDR at bottom)

After I killed Phalanx and said "Yes" to the Monumental, I didn't talk to the Maiden in Black (I wasn't going to level up).

When I finished NG, I realized I didn't have the Blue/White Eye Stones (they're supposed to be given by the Maiden in Black after defeating Phalanx).

I tried talking to the Maiden in Black, but she was putting the Old One to sleep...

"Fine, I'll start NG+", I thought. Now I can't even get to Phalanx because everything kills me.

---TLDR---

Went into NG+ at SL 1 and now the difficulty makes it unlikely to kill the 1st boss.

I don't have any Ephemeral Eye Stones and am not in body form. Can I get help or do I just have to keep trying?
