Hi, Anyone from GSC PH (HSBC) na under GBM or MSS? Please could you possibly share what is the usual offer (justifiable one) pag internal promotion. This is a GCB 7 role. Also, may pagkakaiba ba ang processor vs. assistant manager in terms of compensation? Though both under the same career band.

So ako po yung nag post weeks ago about my promotion application (internal). Luckily after a month and half, I got the job. I’m yet to receive a job offer but accordingly my start date would be 2 weeks from now.

May I ask po magkano usually ang offer sa AM role( income generating) line of business? So I can haggle in case ma lowball ako. Salamat ng marami.
