So I have a 2010 five series with 175,000 miles on it. At any speed above 50 miles an hour I can feel in the steering wheel a constant wobble and the ride is poor. I needed new tires so I started with that, no luck. When braking at high speeds, the steering wheel shakes like crazy. Replaced the brakes and rotors, it was smooth for about 1000 miles. I’m thinking about replacing both control arms, tie rods, and sway bar, saw some YT videos on the job, seems straight forward after having just done my oil pan :/ . Anybody have any experience with this and hopefully luck on figuring out what it was?
