Pfizer are offering a Graduate Trainee – Medical Affairs programme.
The role is 2 years fixed term but salary is £35k.
The requirements for doctors was completion of foundation training, same for pharmacists and then was also open to life science degrees.
I don't understand how the salary is so low for a doctor. I feel by putting graduate on there they are trying to pay under market.
Has anyone made this transition? Is Medical Affairs a realistic path to senior/director level compensation? And is this salary reasonable given the medical degree requirement?
Any advice hugely appreciated.
