Having a few KOMs on highly frequented segments, I regularly receive a notification that someone took my KOM etc.
Nothing wrong with a bit of competition but for a few segments this is usually a faulty GPS.
Beyond the disappointment it wasn't a real challenge, I take it upon myself to flag the ride to keep the leaderboard clean. I share some of these with other riders and they do the same, flagging rides with bad GPS data.
These days though, I can flag rides like usual but nothing is done about it.
The faulty ride is still on the leaderboard and I can flag it again as if I didn't just flag it.
Even coming back after a few hours or days, nothing is done.
This cannot be a problem with just my account as someone else I share the KOMs with flags buggy rides too, these days bad rides accumulate and no one is able to flag them.

Has Strava completely gave up on the concept of segment leaderboard ?
Even users aren't allowed to do the work algorithms should do.
