Hi,

I'm 28 (M) and I have a t10 incomplete spinal cord injury. And I'm so tired of being constipated and alternate it with diarrhea episodes.

For your information, I can walk, but just a few steps, not too much meters...

My problem is if I take magnesia or movicol and I walk I have diarrhea, if I don't take it I'm constipated.

I have been taking metamucil (pills), for a week, without magnesia and movicol and I don't feel any different effects.
