I got no contact with my situationship since 31/07/2025 and I don’t know what to do to forget him (rn he is 18M). I think about him at least twice in a day, I still imagine him anytime I think about romance.
He was my first everything.
To explain, from 09/2024 ( he was already in a long relationship with his actual girlfriend) he flirted with me and I fell for it, I was so in love with him and I did everything I could with him, all my first times. But he started being awful in 04/2025 when he started to be in an on and off relationship with his official girlfriend and he started to be very toxic with us both, so she and I started being best friends (trauma bonding xD)
I believed that she would stop trying to get back with him at one point because she told me they broke up for real in 06/2025 but they restarted dating behind my back so I blocked them both until 10/2025 where I unblocked his girlfriend.
I really try to get over him, I flirted with other boys, I watched videos about situationships and all, but I can’t help dreaming about him, he always appears in my dreams. I think about him every day and every time I think about any 18+ stuff he always appears in my thoughts.
If anyone has advice, I’ll take them, thanks.
