Seven-hinged Möbius kaleidocycle

Kaleidocycle in the form of a Möbius stripe made out of 7 pieces of beech tree carved with an opinel no 7. Pieces finished with files, sandpaper, and lindseed oil. I used a small drill bit to drill the holes, and metal wire to join the links (and a bit of glue). Got the idea from this research paper.

I include in the comments some pictures of the pieces.

I have spent the last months whittling knots. Much more challenging than expected, to be fair. I have ended twice in the ER with cuts😅.
