Are these ready? It’s my first time. Most have 3-4 leaves dead. But there are still 5-6 green leaves. Do need to give them a week or so or pull now. Thanks!

Really hate them. They hurt me. And they just come back because the main root breaks off. I can’t win. Need ideas.
