I’m nearly 66, with a mild case of Parkinson’s. It has reached the point where I simply cannot manage my meager finances ($2100/mo) anymore. Consequently, I end up with too much month left at the end of my money and go hungry, overdrawn on my account, etc. is there someone I can get to pay my bills, etc.? I have no friends or family members that would or could.

All suggestions greatly appreciated 🙏
