Rhinoplasty - 5 Years Post-Op (Livingston, NJ)

This patient is over 5 years post-op from her primary rhinoplasty in our practice, performed to address a wide, slightly crooked nasal appearance with an over-projected profile and a drooping tip, particularly noticeable with smiling. She also had intermittent nosebleeds at the time of consultation, likely related to dry cold weather. Over time, her result has matured beautifully, with a more refined, balanced, and feminine nasal shape. The bridge appears smoother, the tip more supported and subtly rotated, and the overall nasal appearance is softer and less distracting, with no visible signs of prior surgery.

This patient is 5 months post-op following a complex functional and cosmetic revision rhinoplasty to restore both breathing and nasal structure after prior surgery and trauma. Internal and external nasal valves were reconstructed, and her septum was used to rebuild support and improve alignment. She’s already showing a more natural appearance with significantly improved airflow, and healing is progressing beautifully. Feel free to drop any questions below!
