This post is for discussion as I'm sure there's other issues & we don't have a dedicated PinchMe subreddit.

I've been part of PinchMe for years & stuck with them through a lot, like coins to ship boxes. But now.... it seems you have to do an offer to get anything (besides laundry beads, lol...).

Anyone actually getting items before "allocation exhausted" from the "build your box" section the past month? I did get one in early March I'm waiting for (&, of course, got all the reviews for it, lol...) but since then, I haven't qualified for anything & it seems there's not as much either w/o being attached to an offer.

Or do I need to do MORE laundry beads to get freebies?? lol... I was waiting until I had to fill a box for them. As they'll probably send more with my March box anyways...

A receipt I submitted (scanned) did NOT pick up an item & the barcode wasn't in Fetch's system (but was in the picture??). I did the correct receipt & that failed to pickup the offers. So I had to write to customer service who awarded the points but are refusing my Legend bonus points. Then they finally gave me some random amount that's 650 less points. I even showed a screen shot of the first redemption & she's arguing that's not how it works... so all of us owe them points for wrongfully given bonus points??

She keeps re-writing this, NOT caring at all the proof I gave nor answering me where she got a measly 350 points out of 1000 since the SINGLE smaller offer alone that I sent a screenshot of should be 400 points. I often take into consideration the extra points.

Oh, and they can NOT add the offers towards my total offers redeemed for the month. Thank goodness it's not end of month & I really needed them.

"PointPass Perks that offer a percentage back are based on the base points of the original offer or order only. This means any extra promotional bonuses, like 2x POP bonuses or other limited-time boosts, are not included in that calculation.

For example, if an offer has a base value of 1,000 points but you earned 2,000 points during a 2x promotion, your PointPass percentage back Perk would be applied to the 1,000 base points, not the full 2,000."

Am I crazy for expecting what I got on every other offer?? I only did 2 things-- these were a bunch of Seventh Generation stuff.

I just opened & skimmed... Dial looks like a great deal if you combine but sadly, none of those stores are near me.
