So is there a trick to getting the 2500 points for the Build Your Own Chipotle. My daughter got a chicken bowl the other day and only got the regular 25 points. I thought maybe because she ordered online and it used her receipt from the email instead of a snapped receipt but I got a bowl today in store and snapped my receipt and still only got the 25 points.

I just submitted a bunch of receipts to fetch (I like to bulk submit) and got an email a couple hours later reminding me to only submit personal purchases. I do. Every single one was my personal purchase. Anyone else receive that type of email? If I have to stop bulk submitting I will.

Ive played the bingo Blitz game for 2.5 hours for the last 3 days, how do I know my rewards are actually going through or not? how do I know if I’m making progress or it’s glitching? thank you if u can help me

Hi guys! Just interested to know what everyone is working towards using their points for? For me, I’m working to get a $50 Sephora gift card as a part of my daughter’s high school graduation gift! She’s been begging for a fragrance from there, but I can’t afford to pay full price for it because it’s quite expensive but she’s so deserving of it so mama is trying and I’m almost there! 💗

I shop Instacart and use Fetch for old Instacart receipts as well as play the games. I’ve used one referral on a friend but most of my points come from the games. It usually takes me two months to get 55k but wondered how long it takes others to get the same?

So I work at a store and I just wanted to make sure it was okay/not illegal to scan receipts that customers don't want?

Hello so I completed the 60 mins over 5 days as well as 120 minutes over 5 days but I have not gotten compensated for the over 1000 points for this I was wondering since its larger points does it take until the end of the day / period to receive those? Like for example right now it says to receive this offer theres still 1 day left. Will I get those points once that one day is over? Thanks

I don’t know what to do anymore but it’s getting really annoying. On my past 3 reward redemptions, they have taken over 72 hours, with increasing wait times each time. The first time it was only around 75 hours. The second time it took a whole 4 days. Now on my 3rd redemption i’m quite a few hours past 4 days and wondering why it say that rewards will be readily available after 72 hours

I had 25k in points and had placed two Sam’s Club curbside pick up orders during Fetchtopia and received 30k in points. I cashed out for a $50 gift card. Went to check for the gift card today and my gift card was cancelled. Now I’m at 45k in points. I only show one 15k Sam’s redemption in my points history.

Both orders were over $20 and qualified. Technically I placed three orders but Sam’s Club canceled one and pushed it under $20 so I didn’t get any points for this.

Has this happened to people before? Should I just go through the chat or is there a customer service email?

I have made over $250 using fetch just super casually. They have special bonuses and it makes it so easy to earn and redeem. I am able to treat my kids using restaurant gift cards. Just start my snapping your receipts !!
